Established in 2006, Olde Towne Comix is located in the heart of the Carolinas — a one-man operation of John Aston.
Slowly, but surely, Aston writes, draws, colors and produces web and print comics around his day job.
Olde Towne Comix began with three issues of the short-lived series Abusilum based in a hellish city-of-tomorrow marred with hyper-crime along with a handful of one-shots from the same fictional world. In 2008, Rachel Rage debuted changing course for Aston and Olde Towne Comix taking him back 30-plus years into the 1970s in rural South Carolina.
